Technical and Historical Notes
The Alberta is a prototype mobile weapon built to test the new systems and weapons developed by FREE. Although the intention wasnt to provoke war, it had seemed to be the path that the suit had created. The suit was originally to be assigned to one of the FREE Forces MW Developers, but Anna had decided to test it herself. Most worried about the safety of their leader, however the testing itself has gone very well so far.
The suit is currently testing the use of 3 prototype systems, 3 prototype weapons, and a prototype battery. The Battlefield Laser Implication Program or "BLIP" is a system created for moving large amounts of mobile weapons or ships quickly and efficiently. It allows the unit to warp from place to place to place once a day. One time to a spot and another time back. The Laser-Induced Fluorescence Emission System, or LIFE, was developed for scouting missions. It allows the Alberta to emmit a particle trail that is picked up by the sensors on an ally ship, helping keep the ship find a safe detour, but still remain within mission parameters. The weapons themselves are nothing special, slightly stronger versions of the original. The reactor, a prototype Deuterion Battery, works much like a nuclear reactor, but instead of supplying large amounts of power at once, it supplies small amounts at reguar-timed intervals, helping to reserve the suits power.
